Three foolproof ways to get hot, fresh momos on the plate.

⏱ 10–12 min
Steam
Place frozen momos in a lightly oiled steamer basket. Steam over simmering water for 10–12 minutes until plump and glossy.

⏱ 8–10 min
Pan-fry
Pan-fry in a little oil over medium heat until golden brown and crispy. For kothey momo, add a splash of water and cover briefly.

⏱ 10–12 min
Air-fry
Air-fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes. No defrosting needed — perfect crispy outside, soft inside.
A few chef's tips.
- ◆ Don't crowd the steamer — give each momo room to breathe.
- ◆ A drop of oil on the steamer paper stops sticking.
- ◆ Cook from frozen — never defrost first.
- ◆ Serve straight away with our chilli sauce while hot.
